just found this trailer for a new japanese movie coming out. prob won't show in singapore but i'm kinda intrigued by it cuz its got something to do with Ashura.
the first time i came across this character was in the old movie Peacock King. odd title yes, but it was roughly based on a japanese manga about 2 monks stopping the daughter of the king of hell from bringing about the end of the world..blah blah blah..
although production wise it could've been better since it was a joint HK & japan thingy(80's lah), i found the whole concept very interesting. in fact, i'm intrigued by most movies involving occult-ish stuff. y'know, end of the world, devil reborn, god vs devil..etc...
well, enough of what i think. check out the site & its trailer below. would be nice if anybody could translate the synopsis.
