a river i passed by on the way to town. its a 30min walk there..thank gawd the air/wind was pretty cooling..the sun was particularly unforgiving that day.
went to town with my friend Benedict, a chap from Germany who had been living in Texas with his folks. he's doing his first year in film. really nice dude.
byron bay town area. nice quiet little place to hang about. dun expect ur usual singapore standard shopping centres & all that. its pretty non-existent here.
the view of the beach was really beautifuly. cooling winds & all, was really a sight to behold.

these birds/gulls(?) were hovering dangerously over everyone's heads. was afraid they'd take a dump or something...
a bit of home to remember by...

ok. i'm finally in byron bay now. weather seems pretty cooling, slight drizzle though they say its supposed to be summer.
some hiccups already. supposed to be off-campus but they gave me an on-campus room. dunno whether to stay our move out cuz both places got their pros & cons. will think it thru.
dad gave me the wrong power adaptor. so handphone totally flat now. haven't touched my laptop yet cuz dun wanna drain the batt life.
damn jet lag now. will take a short nap. update u guys soon again once i've settled in proper.
